This service is designed to support you and your child in a specific area of parenting  using a Mindful Parenting approach. This service is specialized for children birth-6 years old. During our conversation, I will provide you with tools, strategies, and insight to help you and your family succeed. All consults included a detailed summary of our discussion and a plan of action.

Please note, once purchased, I will contact you to set up a time for a consultation. These will take place M-Th 7am-7pm PST. A 12-hour cancellation policy is required.
